THE THREE PILLARS OF AN INTEGRATED PRACTITIONER
This framework is the foundation I use in mentoring practitioners – a grounded model that supports you where you most need it: in yourself, in the work you offer, and in your capacity to do both sustainably. These pillars are the structure I wish I’d had early in my own path. They help you stay steady, clear, and well while doing meaningful work in the world.
WHERE THE SACRED AND PRACTICAL MEET
Gifted practitioners often arrive with deep insight and sincere calling, but no map for holding the work. Without grounding, clarity, and structure, the calling can feel unstable or overwhelming. This framework helps you see where you are, where you feel stretched, and where support can make the most difference across lived experience, daily practice, and the long arc of your work.

HOW THESE PILLARS CAME TO BE
These pillars were shaped by my own years of lived experience: the initiations that came without warning, the seasons of burnout, the pacing of rebuilding after depletion, and the steady work of refining what it means to hold space for others without losing myself in the process. Over time, what began as personal recovery became a structure I saw repeated in the practitioners I supported. The Three Pillars became a way to help others grow with clarity, steadiness, and support — so they don’t have to figure it out alone.
