SEASONED MENTOR FOR THE HEALER ARTS PRACTITIONER
DEVELOPING SELF. CRAFT. PRACTICE.
Your craft matters. But skill alone doesn’t create a sustainable practice. Mentoring helps you develop your Self, deepen your Craft, and build a Practice that can support both you and the work you are called to do. Schedule a virtual coffee with me and let’s see if we are a good fit.

How I support practitioners
A CLEAR, STEADY WAY OF WORKING
I work with practitioners who are strong in their gifts but want greater clarity, development and structure around their work. Insight doesn’t automatically create clarity. Experience doesn’t automatically create structure. And a calling doesn’t automatically become a sustainable practice.
Mentoring brings these pieces together. We work with who you are, how you develop your craft and how you build a practice that can support you and your work.
This is support for the practitioner as a whole person — not simply the work they provide.

PILLAR THREE – PRACTICE
TRANSLATING YOUR WORK INTO A SUSTAINABLE BUSINESS
The structures, systems, and practical foundations that allow your work to become sustainable.
Most practitioners stall not for lack of gifts but for lack of structure, guidance and support.
When there’s no map or elder at your side the work can feel isolating and intense. Most modern practitioners weren’t named or guided into this role, so there’s little context for strange powerful experiences and even less structure to hold the practical load.
This is grounded mentoring that builds foundations and coping skills, sets boundaries that hold, protects your energy, and integrates your calling into a life and practice that are real and sustainable.
THIS WORK CAN SUPPORT YOU IF
- You’re navigating burnout, doubt or emotional overwhelm
- You’re holding space for others, but don’t feel fully supported yourself
- You’ve had spiritual experiences you can’t explain and want to make sense of
- You’re unsure how to manage your energy, boundaries or capacity
- You feel stuck, stagnant or disconnected from your work
IF YOU’RE READY FOR SUPPORTIVE STRUCTURES, PRACTICAL GUIDANCE AND COMPASSIONATE SUPPORT IT’S TIME TO BOOK YOUR CALL

LET’S HAVE A VIRTUAL COFFEE
A relaxed, easygoing conversation, just a chance to get to know one another.
This call is for you if you’re curious about me and want to get to know me a little better, or if you’re interested in me potentially being your mentor and want to see how that feels, ask a few questions, and get a genuine sense of who I am before making any decisions.
This is not a sales call, a free mentoring session, or a structured assessment. If you’re looking to sell, pitch, market, or promote to me, this isn’t the right space for that.
No agenda. No pressure. Just coffee and conversation. You can book up to two of these chats with me.

I know what it’s like to feel the heavy weight of a calling and to have to figure things out on your own.
WHO THIS MENTORING IS FOR
I mentor healing arts practitioners — tarot readers, energy workers, yoga teachers, guides, and others holding space for others — at different stages of their path: discovering their gifts, building sustainable work, or navigating real change.
I’ve spent over 20 years as a healing arts professional, working with tarot and spiritual practice for more than 25 years across different countries and continents, with thousands of clients along the way. I’m the author of The Art of Tarot and Walking with the Fool, and founder of Critical Mass, a global collective for practitioners walking this same path. My mentoring draws on every one of those years — I’ve lived every stage of what I’m guiding you through.

You feel the call but aren’t sure where to begin. Here you get a steady place to understand your gifts and choose a first direction without pressure.

You’re holding space but it feels heavy. We steady your energy, refine your work and build simple systems so your practice stays clear and sustainable.

Something is shifting and the old way no longer works. We clarify what’s changing and steady your direction – teaching, creating or leading – with steps that hold.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Mentoring is an ongoing, one-to-one space to develop across Self, Craft and Practice. We work with what is actually happening in your life and work, bringing clarity to where you are, what you’re developing and what needs attention. Sessions may focus on personal development, your craft, your professional practice or the relationship between all three.
Mentoring is $560 per month and includes weekly 70-minute sessions, session recordings and notes, resources and integration practices between sessions, light check-ins and access to relevant courses and workbooks. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel or pause your mentoring with notice.
Mentoring begins with a complimentary Virtual Coffee Chat to make sure we’re the right fit before anything is committed. From there, you’ll be onboarded as a client, receive access to your client folder, and schedule your set day and time for our sessions.
In our first session, we’ll work through my Practitioner Assessment questionnaire to orient, set priorities, and outline our next steps. From there we’ll continue to meet each week at your scheduled day and time as we move your mentoring process.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY
PRO BONO MENTORING SPOTS
A small number of pro bono mentoring spots are held for practitioners who need this support but can’t take on the cost right now. These spots work the same as paid mentoring: same structure, same commitment, just without the fee.
Pro bono mentoring runs in a 3-month term. Near the end of the term, we’ll review together whether to continue for another term, transition to paid mentoring, or wrap up. This keeps the space moving so I can support more than one person over time.
I hold a maximum of 3 pro bono spots at any given time, so not every application can be accepted right away, even when someone is a strong fit.
How it works:
Fill in the application below. This helps me understand where you are and what you’re looking for. If it looks like a possible fit, we’ll do a couple of coffee chats, the same informal, no-pressure conversations any mentoring client starts with. I’ll let you know directly, by email, whether I have a spot available for you. If all spots are full, I’ll let you know that too, and whether it’s worth checking back later. If accepted, you’ll move straight into onboarding, same process as any new mentoring client.
This isn’t a quick fix or a way to sample mentoring before deciding to pay for it. It’s a real commitment on both sides, and I’m looking for people who are ready to do the work.

WORKING WITH ME
Working with me gives you steady support as you navigate your gifts, your practice and the real life that surrounds both. When you try to do this alone, you second-guess signals, overgive and lose momentum. Together we make sense of what’s unfolding, clarify direction and keep you grounded.
We work through the practical side — boundaries, business and capacity — as well as the unseen layers like visions, dreams, spiritual shifts and initiations. This is a space to process, integrate and align your work with who you are so your practice runs clean and you stay well.

WHY THIS MENTORING EXISTS
This work exists because most gifted practitioners step into their role without guidance. The shifts, the sensitivity, the exhaustion and the sense that something is unfolding can feel confusing and isolating.
The path is real, but there’s no map – only signals, synchronicities and a pull you can’t ignore. I’ve walked this myself, and I know how disorienting it is to hold meaningful work without structure or support.
In earlier times we would have been guided into our roles. Today, most people are left to figure it out alone.
This mentoring provides the clarity, grounding and steady framework practitioners need to walk their path well.
